Teakwood Village was founded in 1967 by the Houle Family. Teakwood Village continues to operate by the Houle family and will continue into the future. We pride ourselves on offering a 5 star park.

Trash is picked up at your curb twice a week.

Water and sewer are provided and is included in your monthly rent.



Tiki Clubhouse



Tiki includes a Pool, hot tub, laundry facility, pool tables, game room, sitting room/library, and exercise room. Tiki is located on one of our two beautiful lakes with outside deck.



Aloha Clubhouse



Aloha includes: Shuffle board courts, laundry facilities, commercial kitchen, sitting room , laundry, and is our largest clubhouse.



Ohana Clubhouse



Ohana includes a pool, shuffleboard courts, boccee ball court, laundry facility, and commerical kitchen and is located on a beautiful lake with deck
